Bookings & Cancellations
A 25% deposit will be required upon confirmation of all wedding bookings.
A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for cancellation of bookings.
In the extremely unlikely event that Penny’s Pooches are unable to provide a service that has been booked, we will give a minimum of 14 days notice, as well as helping to find alternative cover.
If a booking is cancelled by the Dog Owner within 7 days of the booking taking place, 50% of the fee will still be invoiced and charged.
In the extremely unlikely event that Penny’s Pooches cannot attend the Wedding Day, full deposit will be returned within 28 days.
If a booking is cancelled by the Dog Owner within 48 hours of the booking taking place, the full fee will still be invoiced and charged.
Bookings made within 7 days can still be cancelled but cancellation charges may still apply as above.
Bookings made in peak periods (Christmas, Easter, School Holidays etc) will have a 14 day cancelation period.
Dog Owner - You shall provide all relevant information to Penny’s Pooches including, but not limited to, the following:
Medical conditions or nutritional needs of your dog; and
Unusual behavioural or similar issues including details of previous incidents of behaviour which is unusual or dangerous (including urinating or defecating indoors).
You must allow Penny’s Pooches, at their request, to visit and/or inspect your dog before commencing our Services.
Your Dog is not subject to any control order or of a breed subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 or any other equivalent legislation and that you are in compliance with any other applicable law or regulation.
You shall ensure that your dog is of good health, has been vaccinated and that all precautions for flea, parasite and other transmittable diseases have been taken.
Emergency Medical Situations - Upon confirmation of booking, the Dog Owner is required to provide Penny’s Pooches with all emergency contacts, veterinary and insurance details.
In the unlikely event that an emergency medical situation arises, Penny’s Pooches will make reasonable efforts to to inform the Dog Owner (or, where the Dog Owner is not available, the alternative contact provided by the Dog Owner) as well as contacting the Dog Owners veterinary clinic directly.
